From overflight and landing permits, to passenger accommodations and Customs and security requirements, FirstFlight takes care of every aspect of your International Trip Planning event.
Aircraft Scheduling
Our team monitors the aircraft schedules and pre-plans downtime for maintenance to make the most efficient use of your aircraft. They are able to deconflict any issues that may arise between owner?s intentions and charter customer requests to ensure the best possible solutions for all involved.
Flight Following
FirstFlight employs FAA-licensed aircraft dispatchers with extensive International Trip Planning (ITP) experience and training. From take-off to landing, we monitor all aspects of your flight.
Flight Planning
FirstFlight arranges and monitors every component of your International Trip Planning event including: Overflight and landing permits, rport slots and PPR?s, Competitive fuel arrangements, Customs notifications and APIS transmissions, Requirements for visas, passports, etc.
Passenger & Crew Ground Transportation

Our Operational Control Center is headquartered in Elmira, NY and is staffed 24/7/365. We have continuous tracking wall screen units monitoring all aircraft operations and weather in the U.S. We also monitor World events to stay informed of any breaking situations.

As a certified FAA Part 135 operator, FirstFlight not only provides scheduling and dispatch service; we operate the aircraft and oversee every aspect of your travel experience. We are an all encompassing department and therefore take great pride in the job we do for each customer aboard our fleet.
